Larry founded the company over 20 years ago and has been engineering the LoadMan hardware, electronics and software since day one. Larry's dedication to his product's design, quality and service is unparalleled. And he's constantly improving our current products and inventing new state-of-the art technology.
Richard Boyovich
Business Development & Sales
Richard joined the LoadMan team over 15 years ago and has been leading our growth from one market to the next -- while providing in-depth application knowledge. Richard also leads the training & installation of our weight management systems all over the world – from mines, to steel yards, to waste & recycling fleets.

Debbie runs our front office team to make certain that our products are built on time and delivered on time. After many years of sales, Debbie joined her husband Larry to help with the company's growth and day-to-day management.
